I will second what “plantgeek” had to say about the American Casino Guide(ACG) and the Las Vegas Advisor’s POV, both are worth many times the cost.

The best free coupons are from the FSE. Their office is at 425 Fremont, on the second floor of the parking garage next to Walgreens. Show an out of state ID.

Main Street already has the best value lunch($8) & dinner($11) buffet in all of LV so at 2-4-1 it’s a heck of a deal
Fremont’s buffet is also a good one – I really like their seafood buffet(Sun/Tue/Fri nights) but the coupon isn’t good for their seafood buffet
There are $10 free plays for both Binions & Sam’s Town in the free LV magazine “What’s On”.
Silverton is offering $20 free play to first time slot club sign ups.
The Stratosphere has a nice funbook that they will give you, show out of state ID. Almost all other funbooks are only available with a hotel stay or coupon.
